The election process included nominations by the candidates. Then we enabled the children to cast their votes and elect their leaders. Also, various portfolios were assigned to the elected leaders.

It builds confidence among the children and makes them more efficient in decision making abilities.We want our children to grow up into responsible citizens, it's important to talk to them about electoral processes and the importance of voting.
